A healthy smoothie with fruit and skimmed milk is a great way to help you lose weight. As it is a blended drink it makes you feel fuller for longer so you will not be inclined to want to snack. It is also sweet so it will satisfy your sugar cravings, do not worry though as it is all good natural fructose sugars.

You do not even need an expensive blender, I make all my smoothies with a hand held blender that cost just over a fiver. It also makes a lot less mess and requires less cleaning, I just run it under the tap for a few seconds.
